Hangar Construction has been completed.

Resort Condominium Hotel: This component of the project, awaiting final planning approval, is envisioned to include over 540,000 square feet, 250 resort hotel condominium units, extensive landscaping with water features, tennis, swimming pools and hot tubs, a health club, event center, conference and banquet facilities, restaurants, a market, arcade and retail shops, bars or lounges, and an entertainment plaza, all on a 24 acre site.

Luxury RV Park: Subsequent to the development of the resort condominium hotel, a luxury RV park of 50 units is planned with full hook-ups, telecommunications and satellite TV at each site, and resort amenities including an office/clubhouse and a pool/spa building, all on a site of approximately 250,000 square feet.

Retail and Visitor Center: Also planned is a retail building housing a high-quality quick-serve food court with indoor and patio seating, specialty shops, activity sales, high-volume rest rooms, and a mini-market/gas station office. This 83,200 square foot site will also include ample parking and a large covered gas island.

Signage: Two billboard-sized monument signs made of natural materials, placed adjacent to Highway 395. These signs, which are the only such signage on over 140 miles of scenic corridor, will promote and identify the Resort Condominium Hotel, as well as provide Mammoth Lakes tourism, festival, and special event information.
