Luxury RV Park: Subsequent to the development of the resort condominium hotel, a luxury RV park of 50 units is planned with full hook-ups, telecommunications and satellite TV at each site, and resort amenities including an office/clubhouse and a pool/spa building, all on a site of approximately 250,000 square feet.

This 83,200 square foot site will also include ample parking and a large covered gas island.
